Florist.az delivers flowers to any city of Azerbaijan. www.florist.az offers Free next day delivery* for orders more than AZN30 to any address within Baku.  However, customers can enjoy same day express delivery** for AZN 5. Also we offer evening delivery from 18:00 to 23:00 for AZN 10. For an order less than AZN 30 “florist.az” will charge AZN 5 for next day delivery. Delivery service can be to the following addresses:

Return Policy

Shipments must be checked at the door step during deliver and any deffect or fauld must be informed to delivery courier.  In this case “florist.az” can arrage change of products with deffect. Otherwise, the purchased products can not be returned and “florist.az” is not responsibile to any failure.

Substitution Policy

All flowers and greens are subject to availability.

Because of some flowers available only in particular seasons we can not provide them in desirable fresh conditions all the year round. This is why Florist LTD takes responsibility to substitute some unavailable greens and foliages with available ones. However main subject flowers will remain and only shade of color may be substitute with available ones.
